Review of Pull&Bear

Product range. Pull&Bear's most popular signature pieces fall neatly into the easy-to-wear category: relaxed fit jeans, parkas to wear comfortably in any weather, check shirts, light dresses with floral designs, sneakers, backpacks, sweatshirts, striped t-shirts and other tees with graphic elements. The label targets young people aged from 16 to 28 years. That said, many of the items will fit nicely into any wardrobe of those of more advanced age.

Originality. Pull&Bear items are uncomplicated, mostly loose fit, in pure and natural colours and made from fabrics that are pleasurable to be touched and worn. The lookbooks regularly feature somewhat carelessly dressed girls with barely-there makeup and their hair messed up by a sudden gust of wind, which is pretty much telling of the label's concept.

Chic. Pull&Bear designers do their best to be responsive to the trends within the boundaries of the company's signature style.

Pricing. Just what one would expect from this market segment: average price falls within the €20 range.

Corporate history highlights. The label, part of the Inditex group, started up in Spain in 1991, counting on the team of only 13 people who had managed to start international expansion by the next year opening the stores in the neighbouring Portugal. Initially the product range was limited to menswear only, the first collection for women was introduced in 1998.
