By bus
Service 132 stops opposite BHS, next to Red car park. Services 116, 113, 130 and 132 all stop outside Nando's. Age UK Bus also operates a community bus service every Monday and Tuesday running between retirement homes in the Gillingham/Rainham area and Hempstead Valley.
By bike
Dedicated cycle path can be found adjacent to the A278 Link Road, running for approximately 3 miles from the A2 Rainham Mark to Hempstead Valley. A cycle parking area is adjacent to the centre entrance.
By train
Trains run regularly to Gillingham and Rainham. The shopping centre is a 10 minutes taxi ride from each station.
